The Wylam Summer Fair Charity Fun Run is a welcoming community event combining family friendly running with one of the village's most popular annual celebrations. Held at Jubilee Field in Wylam, the event features a free Junior 2K for children aged 6 to 12 and a 5K Fun Run for participants aged 13 and over, with all proceeds supporting Tynedale Hospice at Home.
The Junior 2K starts at 2:00pm, followed by the 5K Fun Run at 3:15pm, giving runners of all ages the opportunity to get involved. Whether you're running for fun, fitness or fundraising, the relaxed atmosphere makes it an ideal event for first time participants, families and local running groups.
All advance entrants receive free entry to the Wylam Summer Fair, allowing runners and supporters to enjoy the wider festivities before and after the races.
