The Worthing Seafront 10K is organised by MCC Promotions and takes place along the scenic Sussex coastline from Beach House Grounds in Worthing. The accurately measured course follows the seafront promenade towards Goring before returning to the finish, providing runners with uninterrupted coastal views and a predominantly flat route.
Popular with both club runners and newcomers, the event offers an excellent opportunity to chase a personal best while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of a well established seaside race. The course is supported by marshals, water stations and electronic timing, with changing facilities, baggage storage and first aid available at event headquarters.
Every finisher receives a bespoke medal, while trophies are awarded to the leading runners. Combining a fast course, fresh sea air and a welcoming community atmosphere, the Worthing Seafront 10K has become a popular fixture in the South East running calendar.
