Worthing 10K is part of Worthing RUN-FEST and offers a flat, fast race on fully closed roads through the West Sussex seaside town.
Starting at Beach House Grounds beside Worthing seafront, the 10K follows a pancake-flat course with sea views throughout. The fast profile makes it suitable for runners chasing a personal best as well as those taking on their first 10K, with pacers available to help runners reach their target time.
The certified course is chip timed, fully marshalled and supported by professional first aid, with a water station at 4K. Finishers receive a bespoke medal, technical T-shirt, goody bag and post-race refreshments. A music after-party in Beach House Grounds continues the event after runners cross the finish line.
