The East London Runners Valentines 5K is Race 3 of the East London Interclub Series, known as ELVIS. The series brings together running clubs from across East London and surrounding areas for a season of competitive racing, with runners earning points for both individual and club standings.
Held in Valentines Park, the race follows a flat and fast two lap course entirely on traffic free park paths. The accurately measured route provides an excellent opportunity for runners to target a PB while competing against athletes from clubs throughout the region.
Valentines Park offers a scenic setting in the heart of Ilford, combining wide park paths with a supportive race atmosphere.
