Tough Mudder London South is an obstacle course event at Holmbush Estate in West Sussex, with 15K and 5K challenges across wooded and hilly terrain. Both courses feature mud, climbs, crawls and signature Tough Mudder obstacles.
The 15K course packs in more than 20 obstacles across challenging multi terrain, while the 5K features more than 12 obstacles over a shorter distance. Runners can expect natural mudslides, steep hills and demanding obstacles where teamwork is an important part of the challenge.
Finishers receive a medal, finisher shirt and Tough Mudder headband before returning to Mudder Village for food, drink and music. A separate Kids Adventure provides an obstacle challenge for younger participants.
