The Swansea 5K is a fast road and hard surface race along the Swansea waterfront. Starting near East Burrows Car Park, the out and back route follows marina paths and seafront promenades with views across Swansea Bay before finishing near the National Waterfront Museum.
Known for its flat profile and runnable course, the event is well suited to runners chasing a PB as well as those taking on their first organised 5K. The race combines waterfront scenery, a lively atmosphere and a prominent city centre finish in the heart of Swansea.
