With start times at 9 am for the six-hour event and 11 am for the four-hour event, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the route, challenge yourself, and take in the atmosphere. After finishing, you can relax with complimentary coffee and cake.
A standard heavy half marathon is five laps, with the option to increase to six or seven on the day, while a standard ultra marathon is nine laps, extendable up to twelve depending on time. An aid station will be located at base camp, so there is no need to carry excess food or water.
Parking is included in your entry, and all finishers will receive a bespoke medal, with a lucky dip option available where applicable. The course is a trail route featuring a mix of tarmac paths, grassland, and natural trails, and will predominantly follow the Roman Ramble trail, with the final route to be confirmed.
Whether you are aiming for a personal best or simply enjoying the experience, this event offers something for everyone. Please note that this is a cupless event, so bring your own bottles or cups for refilling, and entries close 48 hours before the event.
