The One on the Trail Marlow is a scenic trail running event starting near Temple in Bisham, with Half Marathon and 10K races alongside a shorter 1K fun run. The longer routes explore the countryside between Marlow and Henley, following the Thames and passing through attractive rural surroundings.
Runners taking on the Half Marathon or 10K follow clearly signed and marshalled courses using country trails and woodland paths. The combination of riverside running, woodland and countryside provides varied terrain and attractive scenery away from conventional road racing, with water stations positioned along the longer routes.
The Little Sprinters 1K Fun Run provides a shorter option open to all ages. The event village on Temple Lane hosts registration and the start and finish, with a bag drop, toilets, catering and medical cover available, while finishers receive a medal and refreshments.
