Heron Half Marathon Postponed

The Heron Half Marathon is a fast and flat road race starting and finishing at Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton in Somerset. Organised in support of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, the event welcomes runners of all abilities, from experienced club athletes chasing a personal best to those taking on their first Half Marathon.

The accurately measured route follows quiet roads through the surrounding Somerset countryside, providing a flat profile that is ideal for consistent pacing and fast times. With a three hour time limit and supportive event atmosphere, the course is equally suited to competitive runners and those aiming simply to complete the distance.
