Great Perthshire Last Mince Pie Run is organised by Great Scottish Events and offers a light hearted way to start the New Year in Perth.
The 5K takes place around North Inch Park, using a two lap course on predominantly tarmac paths. The route is mostly flat and is designed to be accessible to a wide range of abilities, with participants encouraged to take the distance at their own pace.
The event combines running with a final taste of the festive season. Each finisher receives a mince pie, a distinctive medal and a New Year Resolution Certificate.
Race numbers are collected from the event gazebo outside Bell's Sports Centre before the start. Parking is available at the sports centre and in surrounding streets, with toilets and other facilities close to the park.
