The Drop Leeds is a unique navigation challenge based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Participants are transported to a secret location outside the city before making their way back to the finish using their own judgement, route choice and navigation skills.
Runners can choose from 6 Mile, 10 Mile or 15 Mile distances, although the actual distance covered is often greater depending on the route taken. There is no marked course, making every run different and adding an extra layer of challenge beyond the physical effort.
Terrain can vary widely and may include roads, trails, paths, canals and open countryside around West Yorkshire. This event focuses on self reliance and decision making, offering a distinctive running experience that combines endurance, adventure and navigation in the landscapes surrounding Leeds
