This race is one of the toughest in the Somerset Series, but also one of the most rewarding, starting and finishing in Cheddar it goes through some stunning scenery

There is over 2,000 ft of climb in the race, making it a category B Fell Race.
The start is NOT at Fairlands school, it’s just over one mile away at the bottom of Warren’s Hill. The first two miles of the course are straight up, on to the Mendips, so you might want to use this as a warm up.
