The Telford T50 Trail Run follows sections of the Telford T50 Trail, a long distance route linking parks, woodland, nature reserves, countryside paths and historic locations across Telford. The course passes landmarks including Ironbridge, the Wrekin and a range of green spaces that showcase the area’s industrial heritage and varied landscapes.
Runners can choose between a 50 mile Ultra Marathon and a 10 mile trail run, with routes combining trails, hills, trackways and mixed terrain throughout. The event offers a challenging endurance experience with varied scenery and a route designed to explore some of Telford’s most distinctive outdoor locations.
