The Tapyard Ultra is a 50K point to point ultra marathon linking Ramsbury Brewery and Renegade Brewery. The route follows a multi terrain course through the countryside of Wiltshire and Berkshire, combining woodland trails, canal towpaths, paths and country lanes before finishing at the brewery tapyard.
Created as a brewery to brewery ultra running challenge, the event alternates direction each year, with the 2026 edition running from Ramsbury to Renegade. The course is fully marked and supported, with a generous cut off time that makes it accessible to both experienced ultra runners and those stepping up to the distance for the first time.
Around 75% of the route is off road, taking runners across a variety of surfaces while remaining relatively runnable throughout. Woodland sections, canal side paths and rural tracks create a varied ultra marathon experience, with approximately 340 metres of elevation spread across the 50K course.
