Starburster
Our Starburster events start at sunset and take in the twilight sights and sounds of the wonderful Hurn Forest.

As this is a sunset/twilight event, head/chest torches are essential. Additional lights are encouraged; the more 'stars' the better. Trail shoes are recommended but not essential as the track is hardstanding and well maintained.
20% of entry costs will go to Forestry England to support maintenance of the nation's forests and trails. We will have an aid and drinks station at the start/finish, with a selection of savoury and sweet items. Please note we do not provide plastic cups; bring your own. Toilets are available inside the cricket club as well as a space to leave bags.
Minimum age for our 5 mile event is 16 years and for our 10 mile event is 17 years.
Number pick-up is at race registration before you start the event. Registration is from 4.15.
Laps are a 2.5 mile, out and back, course. The 5 mile event is one lap and the 10 mile event is two laps.
