The St Albans Stampede is a 12 hour trail endurance event set in the Hertfordshire countryside, with a four mile looped course exploring Heartwood Forest and Nomansland Common. Runners can take on the challenge individually or as part of a relay team while enjoying scenic woodland trails throughout the day.
The flexible format allows participants to complete as many laps as they choose within the 12 hour time limit, making it suitable for ultra marathon runners as well as those targeting marathon or half marathon milestones. Relay teams also have the opportunity to share the challenge while covering as much distance as possible together.
