The race is chip timed and follows a two-lap, 5-mile course along quiet country lanes around the beautiful Essex village of Pleshey, near Chelmsford. No medal but your race number can be swapped for a burger (or vegetarian option) at the post-race BBQ.
There’s also a bar and cake stall, because no good running event ever ended without cake!
