Alice in Runderland is a flexible timed running event through Parc Taf Bargoed in South Wales, where participants complete laps of a 5.3K out and back course and choose how far they want to run within seven hours.
Runners can target 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or ultra distances, or continue for as many laps as they choose. The multi terrain route is predominantly on tarmac paths with around half a mile of riverside trail and approximately 37m of elevation gain and loss per lap, creating a fairly flat course.
Runners and walkers of different abilities are welcome, with flexible staggered starts allowing participants to approach the challenge at their own pace. An aid station and same day results are provided, with a bespoke themed medal available to celebrate the day's distance.
