The UK Ultra South Downs 100K is a challenging trail ultra marathon based around Eastbourne in the South Downs National Park. The figure of eight route takes runners across coastal trails, grass paths, woodland tracks and rolling countryside terrain including sections around Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters.
Designed for a wide range of abilities from experienced ultra runners to those stepping up to 100K distance, the course combines demanding elevation with scenic South Downs landscapes and long stretches of runnable trail. Part of the wider UK Ultra race series, the event offers a fully marked route through one of the UK’s best known trail running regions.
