5K: The course starts at the hall, down the shop brae, over the wooden bridge, turn left, make your way to the green tin church and back to The Strathdearn as your finishing line.
10K: The course starts at the hall, down the shop brae, over the wooden bridge turn left, make your way to the green tin church, follow the road along to the very end (Balvraid Estate) and follow the arrows round in a loop and back the same direction towards The Strathdearn for your finishing line.
