Brighton Santa Dash brings a sea of red Santa suits to the seafront for a festive 5K in support of Rockinghorse. Starting on Hove Lawns near the Peace Statue, the event welcomes runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities for a lively Christmas celebration beside the coast.
The flat 5K course follows an out and back route along the Seafront Esplanade, heading west towards Hove Lagoon before returning to the start. With level terrain and sea views throughout, the Brighton Santa Dash is well suited to first time 5K participants, families and experienced runners looking for a relaxed festive run.
Entry includes a Santa suit and a bespoke finisher medal, adding to the colourful atmosphere along the promenade. A free 400m children's race takes place before the main event, giving younger participants a chance to join the celebrations and receive their own medal. The event also encourages participants to support its charity partner, Rockinghorse.
