The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5K and 10K is a flat and fast road running event through the grounds of London's iconic Olympic Park. Both distances follow a traffic free tarmac course, providing a distinctive opportunity to run within the landscaped surroundings of the former Olympic venue.

Runners can choose between 5K and 10K, with the 5K completing two laps and the 10K covering four laps of the course. With minimal elevation and a smooth surface throughout, the route is well suited to runners chasing a quick time as well as those looking for an accessible city race. Each kilometre is clearly marked and marshals are positioned around the route.

Both distances are chip timed, with finishers receiving a themed medal and post race goodies. Official race photography is also included, while the central London setting and traffic free course create a welcoming event for runners across a range of abilities.
