The Clapham Common 5K, 10K & Half Marathon is a multi distance running event held in one of South London's best known green spaces. Three race distances provide options for a wide range of runners, with the course making use of the paths around Clapham Common and passing the historic bandstand.
Runners follow a predominantly flat course on footpaths within the park, creating good conditions for maintaining a consistent pace and targeting a personal best. Each kilometre is clearly marked with distance flags, while marshals are positioned around the route to provide directions and encouragement throughout each race.
The park setting creates an accessible London running experience for both newer participants and experienced runners looking for a fast race. Chip timed results and official race photography are included, with finishers receiving a themed medal, water and post race goodies after crossing the finish line.
