The Jubilee River June Run is a 6 hour timed running event organised by Phoenix Running on the scenic paths alongside the Jubilee River. Participants choose how far they wish to run, completing as many or as few laps as they like of a 5.24 mile out and back course during the six hour time limit.
The route follows wide riverside paths through the Berkshire countryside, passing Dorney Wetlands and offering views towards Windsor Castle. With no significant elevation change, the course provides flat running conditions that appeal to both experienced endurance runners and those looking to complete a single lap.
One of the attractions of the event is its flexible format, allowing runners to decide their distance on the day rather than committing in advance. The combination of traffic free riverside trails, a flat course and the freedom to run at a chosen pace has made the Jubilee River Run a popular fixture in the Phoenix Running calendar.
