The event first started in the 1930s and has gathered pace every year and now lots of people look forward to the challenge of racing either a runner or a cyclist on the off road and very muddy terrain of Friday Woods - a military training ground.Â
It's a challenging three lap course, but loved by all.
The junior race starts at 10.20 am.
