Situated in 400 hectares of rolling countryside in the valley of the River Clyde, the course lies over endless stretches of mature woodlands and rough wetlands. Spanning two laps over flat ground, it is ideal for runners of all abilities.
The races are run on the roads/paths around the park, the 10k race is on a fast flat course.
