Part of the Run Media City series, this 5K and 10K event takes place around MediaCityUK in Salford. Starting and finishing in the Media City Piazza, the route follows a flat 2.5K loop around the quays, crossing the Millennium Bridge and passing the Imperial War Museum along with the ITV and BBC studios.
The 5K completes two laps while the 10K covers four laps on fully paved paths and pavements. Known for its fast profile and evening race atmosphere, the event is popular with runners chasing a PB as well as those looking for an accessible city running experience.
