The Round Sheffield Run is one of the UK's most innovative trail running events, taking participants on a spectacular 24.5K journey through Sheffield's parks, woodlands and green spaces. Rather than a traditional point to point race, the course is split into 11 individually timed trail stages linked by untimed recovery sections, creating a unique blend of competitive racing and social running.
Starting and finishing in Endcliffe Park, the route explores some of Sheffield's best loved trails, including the Porter Valley, Ecclesall Woods, Limb Valley, Beauchief and Meersbrook. Each stage has its own character, from flowing singletrack and woodland paths to rewarding climbs and fast descents, with competitors receiving stage times as well as an overall result.
Runners can enter as an individual or as a pair, completing every stage together while enjoying feed stations, medical support and a vibrant finish area with food, drinks and live entertainment. Combining trail running, strategy and camaraderie, the Round Sheffield Run offers a memorable adventure through one of the UK's greenest cities.
