The Richmond Park Half Marathon takes place within one of London’s most famous green spaces, with the race based near Sheen Gate. The four lap course explores the varied landscape of Richmond Park, passing through woodland, open parkland and tree lined sections while giving runners wide views across the historic Royal Park and its natural surroundings.

Runners tackle an undulating Half Marathon course using a mixture of trail paths, well trodden pathways and grass, with a series of climbs and descents adding variety throughout the four laps. The route is clearly marked with trail flags, directional arrows and distance markers, while marshals positioned around the course help guide and encourage runners from the opening lap through to the finish.

RunThrough provides chip timing with individual lap splits, allowing runners to follow their pacing and performance throughout the Half Marathon. The event also includes a lively event village, finish line refreshments, a themed finisher medal, post race goodies and free race photography, creating a well supported running experience in the distinctive surroundings of Richmond Park.
