The 10K course follows a varied route of woodland trails, farm tracks, bridleways and quiet country lanes, with around three quarters of the distance off road. Rolling terrain, forest sections and open countryside provide an enjoyable challenge, while the brewery setting gives the event its unique character.
Chip timing, marshals, water stations and medical cover help ensure a well organised event, with free race photography included. All finishers receive a medal, a commemorative pint cup and a complimentary drink at the brewery, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere after the race.
