The Cassiobury Park 5K is part of the Race for Life series and takes place in one of Hertfordshire's most popular green spaces. The course follows a largely flat route through Cassiobury Park, combining tree lined paths, grass avenues and open parkland surroundings.
Open to runners, joggers and walkers, the event encourages participants to complete the 5K distance at their own pace while raising funds for cancer research. With an accessible course and a supportive atmosphere, it offers an enjoyable way to take on a personal challenge in the heart of Watford.
