The Race for Life Trentham Estate 5K takes place within Trentham Gardens on a mixed terrain route around the Italian Gardens, lakeside paths and woodland sections. The course starts and finishes on grass, with a mixture of surfaces throughout and one notable hill adding extra challenge to an otherwise fairly flat route.
Designed for runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities, the event offers a scenic and supportive 5K experience in one of Staffordshire’s most popular outdoor venues. Participants can enjoy the gardens, woodland surroundings and lakeside scenery while raising funds for life-saving cancer research.
