The Race for Life Poole 5K takes place at Baiter Park using a mixed terrain route around Poole Park, Whitecliff Harbourside Park and the surrounding waterfront areas. The course combines grass, tarmac paths and parkland sections with views across Poole’s harbourside setting.
Designed as an accessible 5K for runners, joggers and walkers, the event offers a supportive atmosphere for participants of all abilities. The route follows a scenic circuit through some of Poole’s best known green spaces while raising funds for cancer research.
