The Race for Life Bournemouth 5K takes place on Bournemouth seafront, starting and finishing at Pier Approach. Open to runners, joggers and walkers, the event follows a flat coastal route and welcomes participants of all abilities.
The course uses tarmac paths and promenades along the seafront, heading towards Boscombe Pier before continuing along Boscombe promenade to the turnaround point. Runners then retrace the route back to the finish, with sea views accompanying much of the course.
With its flat profile, accessible route and location beside Bournemouth's award winning coastline, the event offers an enjoyable 5K challenge while supporting Cancer Research UK's life saving work.
