The 10K is a multi-terrain hilly course, taking in some spectacular scenery at the Devils Punch Bowl. The 1 k race for juniors 6-8 is a flat part of the course. The 2.k race for juniors 9 -11 year old is also a fairly flat part of the course. The 5k race for seniors and juniors from 12 years is two laps of the 2.5k course.
