The 5K run leaves Vale Park heading out along the Burslem streets, before coming back through Sproson Park, then doing a lap of the pitch to finish in front of the Hamil Road Stand with all of your supporters.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal and have the option to buy a T-shirt.
