Phoenix Gloucestershire Lions, Tigers and Bears Oh My takes place at Ebley Wharf in Stroud. This flexible distance event allows runners to choose their distance on the day, from a single lap through to 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra Marathon distances within a seven hour time limit.
The course follows a 3.28 mile out and back route along the Stroud Waterways canal, providing a scenic canal side setting with a largely flat and runnable profile. The repeated lap format allows participants to build distance gradually while enjoying the waterside surroundings throughout the event.
