A timed event where you choose - from 5K to 10K, Half to Marathon to Ultra and complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3K/3.28M, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames

All abilities of runner welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full time limit.
In 'Runderland' things just get curiouser and curiouser. The medal is truly epic and is one of Phoenix's most colourful, tallest and finest medals ever! In 2024 they did the 'green hat' version and for 2025 they have a brand new 'red hat' version so the next one in the colour series for you to collect.
