Peterhead 3K & Junior Mile June

The June event forms part of the Peterhead 3K and Junior Mile Series, a six race programme organised by Peterhead Athletics Club between April and September. Held at the Lido in Peterhead, the series provides regular racing opportunities for both junior and senior runners in a friendly and supportive environment.

The programme features a Junior Mile followed by a 3K race, with participants retaining the same race number throughout the series. Overall series standings are determined using runners' three fastest performances, with prizes awarded across a range of categories at the end of the season.

Open to runners of all abilities, the series offers an accessible introduction to racing while also providing experienced athletes with the opportunity to compete regularly across the summer months. The June event represents the third fixture in the six race series.
