Organised by Activity Wales Events, the Pembrokeshire Trail Run takes place on the Pembrokeshire coast and offers 25K and 14K point to point trail races. Starting at Freshwater East and finishing at Saundersfoot Harbour, the event explores one of Wales' most scenic coastal landscapes.
The routes follow sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, combining coastal trails, rugged headlands, cliff paths and undulating terrain. Both distances provide a challenging trail running experience with wide sea views and a memorable journey along the coastline.
The event is organised by Activity Wales Events and includes mapped routes for runners. With a point to point format, spectacular coastal scenery and two distance options, the Pembrokeshire Trail Run offers a distinctive trail race experience in South Wales.
