The Pembrokeshire Trail Run is a point to point coastal running event in west Wales following sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from Freshwater East to Saundersfoot Harbour. The route features rugged headlands, cliff paths, coastal trails and wide sea views across one of the UK’s best known coastal landscapes.
Runners can choose between 14K and 25K distances, with both routes designed to offer a challenging but accessible trail running experience. The varied terrain combines coastal paths, undulating trails and scenic countryside sections through the Pembrokeshire coastline.
