Pembrokeshire Half Marathon & 10K is organised by Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club, with both road races based in the coastal village of Dale.
The routes follow relatively quiet country lanes and head towards St Ann's Head, offering views across the Milford Haven Waterway and towards Skokholm Island. Both courses are undulating rather than PB-focused. The 10K has one particularly steep hill, while Half Marathon runners face additional climbing during the second half of their race.
The event is limited to 300 runners across the two distances and is licensed by UK Athletics. Both races use electronic timing, with prizes and free event photography included. The Half Marathon has a three-hour cut-off, while minimum ages are 17 for the Half Marathon and 15 for the 10K.
