The Oxford Greenbelt Runs are a collection of mixed terrain races based at Harcourt Hill in Oxford, with 10K, 3K and 1K distances suitable for a range of ages and abilities. The event explores the surrounding Oxfordshire countryside, with the longer routes providing open views towards Oxford and its famous skyline.
Runners in the 10K follow a predominantly off road and undulating course incorporating a section of the Oxford Greenbelt Way, a long distance route encircling the city. The 3K uses the opening and closing sections of the 10K course, while the 1K Fun Run completes a circuit of the main Harcourt Hill field, providing a shorter and more accessible option.
Organised by the 4th Oxford Scout Group, the event combines countryside running with a welcoming community atmosphere while raising funds to support local scouting. Water is available on the longer route and all participants receive a medal, with prizes also awarded across the races.
