OUTRUNCANCER Angmering is a friendly fundraising running event exploring the countryside around Angmering and Patching in West Sussex. Starting from The World’s End in Patching, the event features 5K and 10K distances and raises funds for Cancer United and its work supporting people affected by cancer.
Runners can choose between the 5K and 10K, with canicross options available over both distances. Participants can also walk either route, making this an accessible community event for a wide range of abilities. The 10K provides the longer challenge through the Angmering countryside, while the 5K provides a shorter alternative, and all finishing participants receive a medal.
Entry fees and additional fundraising support Cancer United's programmes for people affected by cancer, including fitness activities, active recovery groups and emotional wellbeing support.
