Only The Brave is a charity obstacle course event held at Euston Estate in Suffolk, with 3, 6 and 10 mile routes combining running, mud and a range of physical challenges. The event raises funds for East Anglian Air Ambulance and provides options ranging from a family focused course to the full 10 mile challenge.
The 10 mile route features 35 obstacles designed to test endurance and strength, while the 6 mile course packs 26 obstacles into its route, including monkey bars and large slip and slide descents. Obstacles can be bypassed if needed, allowing participants to continue around the course without completing every challenge.
Families can take on the 3 mile mini route, which is open to children from age five and includes more than 10 obstacles such as hurdles, water guns and cargo nets. Separate waves are used across the three distances, giving each course its own format while sharing the muddy obstacle racing experience.
