Starting from Crosby Leisure Centre the route heads north across the grass before cutting across towards the promenade and down the front. There are two loops for the 10K and one for the 5K.
There is also a 5K scenic walk which is a separate route/course from the runs. This is for all ages and you can bring your dog/s along as long as they are on a lead or well trained off a lead.
