The route features two scenic laps, around Salford and Eccles and on footpaths around Salford Quays. The course follows the paths and pavements inside the centre of Media City. This is a closed-road race. Each kilometre will be accurately marked out and we have plenty of helpers to encourage you on your way to the finish line.
