The Maverick Peak District Trail takes place from Bakewell Showground and explores some of the national park’s most iconic landscapes. The routes pass through areas including Bamford, Hathersage, Curbar, Froggatt and Stanage, combining moorland paths, river valleys, rocky trails and historic trackways across varied terrain.
Runners can choose between 6K, 10K and Half Marathon distances, with each route designed to showcase the scenery and elevation of the Peak District. The event offers a challenging trail running experience with rolling climbs, technical sections and wide countryside views throughout.
