The Martock 10K is a fast, accurately measured road race through the heart of Somerset, starting and finishing at Martock Recreation Ground. The one lap course leads runners through the historic centre of Martock before heading onto quiet country roads that wind through the area's distinctive hamstone villages and attractive rural landscape.
Predominantly flat, the route is designed for consistent running while offering plenty of scenic countryside along the way. Quiet roads, open views across the Somerset Levels and the character of the surrounding villages create an enjoyable race experience for runners targeting a personal best as well as those taking on their first 10K.
With chip timing, pacers, enthusiastic marshals and a welcoming event atmosphere, the Martock 10K caters for runners of all abilities.
