The Full Marathon follows the Marriott’s Way from Norwich with the Half Marathon starting at Whitwell and Reepham Station. An easy to follow route on a traffic free course. Runners and walkers welcome, with generous time allowances. The course has not been measured by a UKA approved course measurer, therefore the distances are approximate.

- 7.30–8.30am Marathon registration start at Sloughbottom Park, Norwich, NR3 2BN.
- 9.00am Marathon start at Sloughbottom Park
- 8.30–10.00am Half Marathon registration at Whitwell and Reepham Station, Reepham, NR10 4GA.
- 10.30 Half Marathon Start at Whitwell
