The event has been run since 2012 and its friendliness and good organisation attracts runners from near and far. The race starts at Lorton Bridge and does a loop down towards Loweswater, up Scale Hill and back to finish at the school. Chip timing will allow those runners not wanting to race, to start alone or in smaller groups and still receive an accurate time.
